Unforgettable experience from Craiova
During 8 days in Rumania, in the city of Craiova, our three volunteer have been experiencing youth exchange project. The training course – learning mobility- explored the existent crisis of the traditional models of youth work and the new working tools that youth NGOs and youth workers can use to help young people to reach their full potential. Working in international teams and using the tools provided, the participants developed their own projects that are ready to serve the partner NGOs to set up or to improve the basis of their CSR Strategies.
In the project participated 8 organizations from Poland, Lithuania, Croatia, Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey, Spain and Romania, with a total of 25 participants. Our organization was represented by Antonio Rubio, Borja Gandia Bernia and Ivan Gandia Bernia.

Durante 8 días en Rumania, en la ciudad de Craiova, nuestros tres voluntarios han experimentando proyecto de intercambio juvenil. El curso de formación – movilidad en la formacion- exploró la crisis existente de los modelos tradicionales de trabajo con los jóvenes y las nuevas herramientas de trabajo que las ONG de jóvenes y trabajadores juveniles pueden usar para ayudar a los jóvenes a alcanzar su máximo potencial. Trabajando en equipos internacionales y utilizando las herramientas proporcionadas, los participantes desarrollaron sus propios proyectos están listos para servir a la ONG asociadas para crear o mejorar la base de sus estrategias de RSE.
En el proyecto participaron 8 organizaciones de Polonia, Lituania, Croacia, Italia, Bulgaria, Turquía, España y Rumanía, con un total de 25 participantes. Nuestra organización estuvo representada por Antonio Rubio, Borja Gandia Bernia e Ivan Gandia Bernia .

“Apart from training course, we enjoyed at free time of intercultural nights, where we met the cultures of the countries of the other participants. Besides we enjoyed a dinner in a typical Romanian restaurant, just in the national Romanian day. In fact we celebrate that day also dancing typical Romanian dances.
A parte de esto, disfrutamos en nuestro tiempo libre de noches interculturales, donde conocimos las culturas de los países de los otros participantes. Además disfrutamos de una cena en un restaurante típico rumano justo coincidiendo con la fiesta nacional de Rumanía, de hecho, nosotros también celebramos aquel día bailando danzas típicas rumanas.”

“We went with a preconceived idea of what would be our experience there, and we came back with a lot of shared experiences among the eight participating countries. You could say that our stay was short once established friendly ties. But ultimately it was a very advisable and necessary to expand our knowledge and experiences.
Fuimos con una idea preconcebida de lo que sería nuestra experiencia allí, y nos volvimos con una gran cantidad de experiencias compartidas entre los ocho países participantes. Se podría decir que nuestra estancia se hizo corta una vez establecidos los lazos de amistad. Pero en definitiva fue una experiencia muy recomendable y necesaria para expandir nuestros conocimientos y vivencias.”

“At the end of this wonderful experience I realized that I had not only learned how to face problems of social exclusion and how to find funds for NGO, but I brought with me lot of unforgettable experience with new friends and a sense of having lived one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It was one week that I’ll never forget. It helped me become a better person and learn a lot from each person that was involved in this project.
Al final de esta maravillosa experiencia me di cuenta que no solo había aprendido como afrontar problemas de exclusión social y como encontrar fondos para un ONG, sino que me llevaba en la maleta una semana llena de experiencias inolvidables, nuevos amigos y una sensación de haber vivido una de las experiencias más enriquecedoras de mi vida. Una semana que nunca olvidaré que me ayudó a ser mejor persona y a aprender un poquito de cada uno de las personas que formaron parte de este proyecto."
