EVS Promotion

As volunteers in IDEA one of our responsibilities is to promote European volunteer Service. We are doing it through presentations in high schools in Alzira. We are trying to explain them the main idea of volunteering; to show them that in life they have a possibility to travel abroad and experience a new way of independence.

We would like to highlight the possibility to participate also in several radio shows, where we have been talking about English coffee club – non formal conversational classes and also to talk about our experience. How its life here in Alzira and how do we see this opportunity to participate in IDEA.

Would we do this EVS again? DEFINITELY!!!

It was an incredible experience and we would never change the decision of doing it. Thank you very much IDEA and City council of Alzira for this opportunity.

Como somos los voluntarios en IDEA una de las responsabilidades es promover el Servicio Voluntario Europeo. Los estamos haciendo por las presentaciones en las escuelas secundarias en Alzira. Estamos intentando explicar a los estudiantes la idea principal de ser un voluntario; enseñarles que tienen una posibilidad para viajar fuera al extranjero y comprobar nueva vida más independiente.

Nos gustaría subrayar la posibilidad de participar en diferentes programas en Alzira Ràdio, donde hemos hablado sobre las clases no formales de conversación en inglés- English coffee club y también hablar un poco sobre nuestra experiencia. Como es la vida en Alzira y como vemos esta posibilidad de participar en IDEA.

¿Haríais de nuevo SVE? ¡¡¡POR SUPUESTO QUE SI!!!

Fue una experiencia increíble y ni una vez hemos pensado de cambiar la decisión de hacer SVE. Muchas gracias a IDEA y al Ayuntamiento de Alzira por esta oportunidad.
